Your child's safety and well-being are our top priorities. We maintain a high staff-to-child ratio, ensuring that every child receives close supervision throughout their stay. Our staff members are fully qualified with all legal checks in place. They are also skilled in supporting for children with disabilities. We conduct regular check-in, particularly during activities and at night, to ensure each child is safe and comfortable.

2. How do you manage medication for children at the camp?
We have a detailed medication management process in place. Before the camp, we will ask you to complete a medical form detailing your child’s medication needs, including the dosage and times. Our staff are trained to administer medication as per your instructions, and we maintain a log to ensure all doses are given accurately. Medications are stored securely, and a dedicated staff member is responsible for administering them.

3. What if my child has specific dietary needs?
When you register your child, you can provide detailed information about their specific requirements. Our kitchen is equipped to handle these needs, and our staff are trained in preparing meals that are safe and nutritious for all children. Each child’s dietary requirements are clearly communicated to staff, and we make every effort to provide delicious, safe meals that accommodate all dietary needs. The staff can prepare meals separately for children with specific needs. If you have any concerns, please feel free to discuss them with us directly.

4. How do you manage food allergies and intolerances at the camp?
We take food allergies and intolerances very seriously. The staff is trained in safe food handling practices. Children are grouped according to age and needs in dormitory-style rooms. Each child will have their own bed with fresh linens provided. Staff are on hand 24/7 to provide support during the night, if required.

6. What activities will my child participate in?
Our camp offers a wide range of activities tailored to the abilities and interests of all children. These include arts and crafts, sports, nature walks, storytelling, and games designed to be inclusive and fun. 9. How do you ensure my child feels comfortable and safe at camp?
We understand that every child is unique, and we strive to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive.
