The TS Community Access Evidence Hub offers a weekly program of engaging activities designed around different interests, abilities and goals.

From cooking and creative activities to games, fitness, movies and social evenings, participants can choose activities they enjoy while building everyday skills, confidence, independence and social connections.

With our in-house Occupational Therapist, activities also provide opportunities to observe and understand participants’ functional capacities in a practical, everyday environment, helping capture meaningful information that can support assessments, progress tracking and future support planning.
